Well, that boy, Leo Stuke, he’s somethin’ else with his workouts, ain’t he? I seen a thing or two about him online. Says he’s got all these exercises. Leo Stuke workout, that’s what they call it.
He’s got somethin’ for everybody, that Leo. Says you can be just startin’ out, or you can be one of them folks who’s been doin’ this stuff forever. He says you can do what fits ya.
Beginner Moves
Now, if you’re just startin’, he’s got some easy stuff. Beginner, he calls it. Leo Stuke workout for beginners, I reckon that’s what it is. He’s got this one he calls “Begin Win”. Sounds like you’re gonna be winnin’ somethin’, don’t it? Then there’s another one called “Move Flex”. Probably makes you all bendy and such.

I tell ya, when you don’t know how, these are good. Six moves. He wants ya to warm up, too. Says to do some of them jumpin’ jacks. Gets the blood goin’, I suppose. And some other things to get ya all limbered up. They call it mobility.
Leo Stuke’s workout is simple. Don’t take too much time neither. Good for folks who ain’t got all day to be jumpin’ around. He got somethin’ for the arms and somethin’ for the legs, tone them up.
Liftin’ Heavy
He’s got another one, where you lift heavy things. Not for me, mind you. But some folks like that. He’s got a plan for that, too. Four days a week, he says. And you gotta do it just once a week, each of them heavy liftin’ things. And then you rest. Three days of rest. That’s what he says. Says you might do your liftin’ on a Monday, then a Tuesday, or somethin’ like that.
This one ain’t got all them fancy things. Simple workout. Just do the work, and that’s it. Good for folks who just want to get it done, I reckon. Leo Stuke’s heavy workout, simple and easy.
Workout Plans
This Leo, he’s got all kinds of plans. A plan for this, a plan for that. You want to tone up your arms? He’s got a plan. You want to work on them legs? He’s got a plan for that, too. Even if you’re just startin’ out, or if you been doin’ this for a while, he’s got somethin’ for ya.
I seen a thing where he’s got, like, over 5,000 likes. And a whole bunch of folks talkin’ about it, too. Must be doin’ somethin’ right, that Leo. This Leo Stuke workout, seems like everyone’s talkin’ about it. Maybe there’s somethin’ to it.
He says you can change things up, too. Do more of this, less of that. Make it your own, he says. That’s good, I reckon. Everybody’s different. What works for one might not work for another.
Do What You Can
My old bones ain’t what they used to be. But I reckon even I could do some of them easy ones. Just a little somethin’ to keep movin’. That’s important, you know. Keep movin’. Don’t want to get all stiff and rusty. I always like to keep moving.
This Leo Stuke, he seems like a good egg. Helpin’ folks get movin’, get stronger. That’s a good thing. And he’s got somethin’ for everyone, it seems. Beginners, folks who like to lift heavy things, everyone.
