Okay, here is a blog post sharing my experience about the topic “When a Capricorn Man is Done With You”:
So, I dated this Capricorn guy for, like, two years. We met at a friend’s party, hit it off, and things were pretty great at first. He was all charming and ambitious, you know, the typical Capricorn stuff. We had a good run, lots of fun dates, and deep talks. But then, things started to change. I didn’t realize it at first, but looking back, the signs were all there.
It started small. He used to text me every morning, just a little “good morning, beautiful” kind of thing. But then, those texts became less frequent. I brushed it off, thinking he was just busy with work. He’s a Capricorn, after all, work is always a big deal for them.
He Became Distant
Then, I noticed he wasn’t as affectionate. We used to cuddle on the couch and watch movies, but he started sitting further away. He’d be on his phone more, scrolling through social media or answering emails. I tried talking to him about it, but he’d just say he was tired or stressed.
The real kicker was when he started canceling plans. We had this standing date night every Friday, and he started bailing on me at the last minute. “Work emergency,” he’d say. It happened a few times, and I started to feel like I was low on his priority list. I mean, a guy can only have so many “work emergencies” on a Friday night, right?
Communication Broke Down
Our conversations also took a hit. We used to talk about everything, but then it felt like pulling teeth to get him to open up. I’d ask him about his day, and he’d give me short, one-word answers. It was like talking to a brick wall. It was frustrating because I really wanted to connect with him, but he just wasn’t there.
Then came the fights. We started arguing more, about silly things, really. But it wasn’t the arguments themselves, it was how he handled them. He’d just shut down. He wouldn’t try to resolve anything. He would just go silent and leave the room. That’s when I knew it was really over. I realized I was putting in all the effort, and he just wasn’t invested anymore.
The Final Straw
The final straw was when he forgot our anniversary. I mean, come on! I had planned this whole romantic dinner, and he just completely forgot. He didn’t even apologize properly. He just said something like, “Oh, sorry, I’ve been so busy.” That was it. That was the moment I realized he was completely done.
Realization
It hurt, a lot. But I had to accept that it was over. Looking back, I see that a Capricorn man who’s done with you will show it in his actions, or rather, his lack of actions. He’ll become distant, stop communicating, and just generally check out of the relationship.
If you’re going through something similar, my advice is to pay attention to the signs. Don’t ignore your gut feeling. And most importantly, remember your worth. You deserve someone who’s willing to put in the effort, just like you are. Don’t be afraid to walk away if you have to.
