Hey everyone, it’s your boy again, back with another little project I tackled today. I’ve been wanting to spruce up my workspace, make it a little more, you know, me. And what’s better than some personalized, hand-crafted stuff? So, I thought, “Let’s do some flower art!” I decided on Libra flowers. Here is my process:
Getting Started
First things first, I did search to what kind of flower is suitable, because I can put it on my desk.
After a few attemps, I gathered my supplies. Here’s what I used:
- Some colorful paper from a local craft shop.
- Plain white paper for the background, make that colors pop.
- A pair of scissors, regular kind.
- A pencil.
- A ruler, the old wooden one that I use.
- A glue stick.
The Messy Part
I Started by sketching the flowers. Then I made the base, sketching it, it looks so good. After that, I began cutting all those shapes out. It took a while, and my table was covered in little paper scraps.

Putting It All Together
Once I had all my pieces, I started arranging them on the white paper. I played around with different layouts, moving the petals and leaves until it looked just right. I didn’t want anything too perfect or symmetrical – I like that handmade, slightly-off look.
After I was happy with the arrangement, I grabbed my glue stick and started sticking everything down. I pressed each piece firmly to make sure it was secure. And let me tell you, glue sticks are a lifesaver – no messy liquid glue everywhere!
The Final Touches
Once the glue was dry, I took a step back and looked at my creation. Pretty good, right? I decided it needed just a little something extra. I added a few details to make it look more 3D.
And there you have it! My Libra flower art project. It’s not perfect, but it’s mine, and I love how it brightened up my workspace. It’s a little reminder that even small, creative projects can bring a lot of joy. Plus, it’s a great way to unwind after a long day. If you’re looking for a simple, fun craft, give this a try! You might surprise yourself with what you create.
