Okay, so I stumbled upon this thing called the “1933 Esquire Collection Leo Medallion” and, I gotta say, it looked pretty cool. I’m a sucker for vintage stuff, and this seemed right up my alley. So, I decided to dive in and see what I could do with it.
First, I spent some time just looking at pictures online. Trying to get a good sense of what it actually is. Turns out, it’s a medallion, like a big, fancy coin. It’s got this roaring lion on it, and it’s supposed to be from 1933, part of some Esquire Magazine collection. That’s all the info I found on internet.
Next, I tried to find out where I could maybe get my hands on one. Found some that were sold. Seemed like they were pretty rare, and not exactly cheap!
After I figured this is the way to find it, I Started a detail research, I checked every single comment and description from the seller.

- Looked for any signs of wear and tear, you know, scratches, dents, that kind of thing.
- Made sure the details matched up with what I’d seen in my research. Like, did the lion look right? Did the markings on the back match?
- Checked the seller’s reputation. Did they seem legit? Did they have good reviews?
And finally I found one! After all the hard works, my 1933 Esquire Collection Leo Medallion is in my collection!
