Well, let me tell ya about this Libra Garage place, or whatever it’s called. Sounds fancy, but I bet it’s just a place to put yer car, right? Like a shed, but bigger, eh?
Now, I heard tell of these big libraries, like Starfield or Metropolitan or somethin’ over in Seoul. They got books, lots and lots of books, they say. More books than you can shake a stick at, I reckon. And you can just go in there and sit and read ’em, all day long if you want. Ain’t that somethin’?
Imagine, all them books just sittin’ there, waitin’ for someone to read ’em. Makes ya think, don’t it? Who wrote all them books, and who’s readin’ ’em now? Probably some smart folks, not like me.
- They say you can find all sorts of things in these libraries, not just books. Pictures, maps, even those computer things. I wouldn’t know how to use one of them computer things, but the young’uns, they’re good with ’em.
- And some of these places, they’re in malls, ya know? Like that Coex place. Big ol’ mall, underground they say. Got shops and movies and even a fish tank, a big one. And right smack in the middle, this Starfield Library. Imagine that, books and shoppin’ all in one place!
Now, this Libra Garage, maybe it’s somethin’ like that? Maybe it’s a place where you can park yer car and then go inside and read a book? Or maybe it’s got books about cars, ya know, how to fix ’em and such? That would be handy, I guess. I sure could use a book like that, ’cause my old car, she’s always breakin’ down.
Or maybe, just maybe, this Libra Garage ain’t got nothin’ to do with cars at all. Maybe it’s just a name, like them fancy names they give to things nowadays. Like that Kobo Libra thing, sounds like a book, but it’s one of them computer readers, I heard. Can hold a whole bunch of books inside, ain’t that somethin’? And waterproof too, they say. So you can take it to the beach, or the tub, or even out in the rain. Imagine that, readin’ in the rain!
But I tell ya, I like my books made of paper. Somethin’ about holdin’ a real book in yer hands, turnin’ the pages. You know what I mean? And you can’t spill yer coffee on a real book and ruin it, like you can with one of them computer things. At least, I don’t think you can.
Anyways, this Libra Garage, whatever it is, I bet it’s a good place. Maybe it’s got books, maybe it’s got cars, maybe it’s got both. Or maybe it’s somethin’ else entirely. Don’t matter much to me, I guess. I got my own books right here, and that’s all I need.
