They got two towers, see? South Tower and North Tower. Sounds grand, don’t it? Like somethin’ outta a picture book. They call it a “luxury” buildin’. Luxury, huh? Means it’s gotta be nice, real nice. Probably got them fancy things rich folks like.
Now, this here Aquarius, it ain’t just a buildin’, it’s a whole community. That’s what they call it, a “condominium community.” Means folks own their own little piece of it, like a little house but all stacked up together. They say it’s in the South Central Beach area. Beach, that’s nice. Good for the soul, that ocean air.

- Pools, I reckon, maybe even a place to play them card games.
- Probably got a fancy gym too, for them folks who like to jump around and sweat.
I heard tell there’s different styles of condos too. “Assortment of beautiful styles,” that’s what they said. So, somethin’ for everyone, I guess. Big ones, small ones, prob’ly with different color walls and such. Makes sense, folks got different tastes, ya know?
And the views! Oh, the views must be somethin’ else. Sunrise and sunset, right over the ocean. They talk about a big ol’ penthouse, the biggest one in the whole place. Penthouse, sounds mighty fancy. Bet you can see the whole world from up there.

I ain’t never been to Hollywood, Florida, myself. Too far for this ol’ gal. But I seen pictures, them fancy buildin’s by the water. Aquarius, it sounds like one of them special places. A place where folks go to enjoy life, to relax and watch the waves.
They say you can book a stay there, no extra costs, just good rates. Over 1,400 places, they got. Must be a big company, takin’ care of all them buildin’s. Keeps folks busy, I tell ya. Always somethin’ to fix, somethin’ to clean. But worth it, I reckon, to have a nice place to call home.
