So, I’ve been messing around with my desktop look lately, and I decided it was time for a new wallpaper. I wanted something chill and spacey, you know? And since my zodiac sign is Pisces, I thought, why not go for a Pisces-themed wallpaper?
First, I started hunting around the web for some inspiration. I browsed through a bunch of those wallpaper sites. They’ve got tons of stuff, but it’s kinda hit or miss, right? I typed in “Pisces wallpapers” and just scrolled through pages of images. Some were okay, some were way too cheesy, with glitter and dolphins and whatnot. Not really my style.
I stumbled upon this one site that had a nice collection of space-themed images, many were high quality like 2k or even 8k quality, which is pretty cool. Then I decided to change my keyword to “2b wallpapers”, and I found more pictures I like. I picked some and saved them to my computer.
Narrowing Down the Choices
Okay, so after downloading a bunch of options, I opened them all up in my image viewer. I started comparing them side-by-side, just to see which ones really grabbed me.
- Some were too busy, with too much going on.
- Others were too simple, almost boring.
- I wanted something that was kinda in the middle, you know? Something that had a good balance of detail and calmness.
There was this one with two fish swimming in a circle, but it felt kinda basic. Another one had a really cool abstract design, but it was a bit too much for a wallpaper – I felt like it would be distracting. I guess those artists on DeviantArt really know how to draw some amazing pictures, but they don’t fit me very well.
The Final Pick
Finally, I settled on this one image. It’s got these two fish, but they’re kind of faded out, like they’re swimming in a cosmic sea. The background is this awesome mix of blues and purples, really dreamy. It’s simple, but it’s got this depth to it that I really dig.
So, I set it as my wallpaper, and boom! Instant chill vibes on my desktop. It’s exactly what I was going for. Sometimes, it’s the little things, right? Changing my wallpaper might not seem like a big deal, but it definitely makes my computer feel more like “me”.
