So, the other day, I got it into my head to mess around with this whole tarot card thing. I’ve always been a bit curious, you know? And there’s this one card, “The Wheel of Fortune,” that really caught my eye. It’s got all these weird symbols and creatures on it, and I just had to figure out what it was all about.
I started by grabbing a deck of tarot cards from my attic – don’t even ask me how long they’ve been up there. I flipped through them until I found the Wheel of Fortune card. Man, this thing is wild. It’s got a big wheel in the middle, with all sorts of creatures hanging on for dear life. I spotted a lion, an angel, and an eagle, perched around this wheel like they’re some kind of cosmic guardians or something. I got a little confused so I decided to search the meaning of it.
I dove into some websites, just trying to get a grip on what this card means. Turns out, it’s all about change and fate – pretty heavy stuff, right? It got me thinking about how life is always throwing curveballs, and how we’re all just spinning on this giant wheel of fortune. Some days you’re up, some days you’re down. That’s just how it goes.
I spent a good chunk of the day just staring at the card, letting it all sink in. I even tried to do a little reading for myself, just to see what would happen. I shuffled the deck, closed my eyes, and pulled out a card. Guess what? It was the Wheel of Fortune! I know, I know, it’s probably just a coincidence, but it felt kind of significant at the time, you know?
Then I remembered I had to document this whole thing, so I grabbed my notebook and jotted down all my thoughts. I wrote about the symbolism of the wheel, the creatures, and how it all relates to the ups and downs of life. I even sketched a little picture of the card, just for kicks.

What I Learned
This whole Wheel of Fortune thing really got me thinking about how life is full of surprises. You never know what’s around the corner, and that’s kind of exciting, but also a little scary. I guess the key is to just roll with the punches and try to make the best of whatever comes your way. I don’t know if I’m a full-on tarot believer now, but it’s definitely given me some food for thought. And hey, at least I’ve got a cool new story to tell, right?
And by the way, I also found that tarot cards have a total of 78 cards, divided into two groups: 22 major arcana cards and 56 minor arcana cards. Each card has different meanings and interpretations, and I also learned a major arcana card called “Strength”, numbered either XI or VIII. Looks like I still have a long way to go.
Anyways, I just wanted to share my little adventure with you guys. Who knows, maybe I’ll make this a regular thing. “Tarot Tuesdays,” anyone? Just kidding… unless?
