Well, let me tell ya ’bout these here Gemini flowers. I ain’t no fancy expert, mind you, but I know a thing or two ’bout plants and such.
First off, they say Lavender is a big one for them Gemini folks. Them Geminis, they born between May and June, I think. Anyways, Lavender, it’s got this purplish color, smells real nice, ya know? They say it means somethin’ like gettin’ along, harmony, they call it. Seems like a good thing to have around, I reckon.
- Lavender – Smells good, pretty color, means gettin’ along.
- Lily of the Valley – They say it means happy. Cute little flowers, look like bells.
- Chrysanthemums – Big ol’ flowers, lots of colors. Don’t know much ’bout these, but they say Geminis like ’em.
Now, there’s this other flower, Lily of the Valley. Folks call it “Our Lady’s Tears” sometimes. Sounds kinda sad, but they say it’s ’bout happiness. Go figure. Tiny little white flowers, shaped like bells. Pretty as a picture, I tell ya.
Then there’s them big Chrysanthemums. Comes in all sorts of colors, yellow, red, all kinda fancy stuff. Can’t say I know much ’bout what they mean, but if them Geminis like ’em, they must be alright. Geminis, they’re supposed to be smart and like talkin’ to folks. Always two sides to ’em, like twins, they say. That’s why their sign looks like two little stick people standin’ side by side. Smart and sociable, that’s what they are.
This whole thing ’bout flowers and birth signs, it’s kinda interestin’. Never paid much mind to it before, but it’s somethin’ to think about, I guess. Lavender, though, that one I get. Smells good, looks purdy, and if it helps folks get along, well, that’s a good thing in my book.
You know, back in my day, we just planted flowers ’cause they looked nice. Didn’t go around thinkin’ ’bout what they meant for this sign or that sign. But times change, I reckon. People always lookin’ for meanin’ in things. And if a flower can make ya feel a little happier, or a little more friendly, well, I ain’t gonna argue with that.
So, if you know a Gemini, or if you are one yourself, maybe get yourself some Lavender. Or some Lily of the Valley. Or even them big Chrysanthemums. Plant ’em in your garden, put ’em in a vase, whatever makes ya happy. Just remember, flowers are supposed to make the world a little brighter, a little prettier. And maybe, just maybe, they can help us all get along a little better, too.
Air sign, they call Geminis. Always changin’, like the wind. Maybe that’s why they need so many different flowers. One for when they feelin’ one way, another for when they feelin’ somethin’ else. It’s all a bit complicated for an old woman like me, but I try to keep up. Flowers are flowers, that’s what I say. But if they got a little extra meanin’ for some folks, well, that’s just fine.
So there ya have it. My two cents on these Gemini flowers. Not much, I know, but it’s the best I can do. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I gotta go water my own flowers. Ain’t got no Lavender, but I got some pretty petunias. And that’s good enough for me.
This here talk about signs and flowers makes me think. Maybe there’s something to it after all. But whether you believe in it or not, flowers are a good thing. They make the world a little less dull. And that’s something we can all use, ain’t it?
And remember, Gemini or not, a flower is a smile from nature. So, go on, enjoy ’em. That’s all I gotta say about that.
