Okay, so I’ve been thinking about getting a new tattoo for a while now. I’m a Sagittarius, and I’ve always liked the idea of an arrow tattoo. It feels simple, classic, and kind of badass, you know?
So, I started by just browsing online, looking at tons of different arrow designs. There are so many options! Some are super minimalist, just a straight line, while others are really ornate, with feathers and all sorts of details.
Finding Inspiration
- I looked at Pinterest a lot. That’s where I usually go for visual ideas.
- I also checked out some tattoo artists’ Instagram pages. It’s cool to see how different artists interpret the same basic concept.
- I even doodled some of my own ideas in a notebook, just trying to figure out what I really liked.
After a while, I started to narrow down my preferences. I realized I wanted something fairly simple, but not too plain. I liked the idea of a slightly thicker line, and maybe a little bit of detail at the tip or the fletching (that’s the feather part, I learned!).
Then came the placement. Where to put this thing? I thought about my shoulder blade, my wrist, maybe even my ankle. I tried holding a pen against my skin in different spots, just to get a feel for how it might look. After some experimenting, I decided on my upper arm, near my shoulder. It feels like a good spot – visible, but also easy to cover up if I need to.
I went out to tattoo shop, and show my idea picture to the artist, and tell him I want an arrow tattoo,he draw a draft for me,I think it is good!
After a little discussion with the tattoo artist, we finalized the * turns out to be very good, and I am very satisfied with * is so cool!
