Alright, alright, let’s talk about this Shri Ram horoscope, you know, the one they talk about in them temples and such. Now, I ain’t no scholar or anything, just an old woman who’s heard a thing or two in her days. So, don’t expect no fancy words from me.
First off, they say Shri Ram, he was a Cancer, moon-wise, and an Aries, sun-wise. Don’t ask me what all that means, but them astrologer fellas, they make a big deal outta it. They say the stars and planets, they got a big say in how things go down here on earth. And if it’s good enough for Shri Ram, well, I reckon it’s good enough for the rest of us, ain’t it?
Now, I heard tell there’s this number 13, “tera” they call it. Seems like it’s stuck to Shri Ram like glue. They say it’s a lucky number, a number you can trust. Imagine that! Most folks, they get all spooked by number 13, call it some big ol’ phobia, “Triskaideka” something-or-other. But for Shri Ram, it’s special. Guess that just goes to show, things ain’t always what they seem, right?
Then there’s all this talk about planets bein’ “exalted” in Shri Ram’s horoscope. Now, I ain’t never seen no exalted planet, but from what I gather, it means them planets was sittin’ pretty, all lined up in a way that brought good things. And I reckon they was right, considerin’ Shri Ram was such a big shot and all. He ruled and reigned, they say. Musta been somethin’ to them stars, huh?
- They got these charts too, all kinds of complicated stuff.
- D1, D2, D3… all the way to D12.
- I tell ya, it’s enough to make your head spin.
But it seems like them charts, they tell a story. They tell about Shri Ram’s life, ’bout his good times and bad times. And I guess that’s what horoscopes are all about, ain’t it? Trying to figure out what the stars got in store for us. Makes you wonder if we’re all just puppets on a string, with the planets pullin’ the strings.
Anyways, these folks, they celebrate Ram Navami, a big festival for Shri Ram. It’s on the same day as some other Puja thing, Chaitra Durga, they call it. And wouldn’t ya know it, astrology plays a big part in that too. Seems like them stars and planets, they’re mixed up in everything!
Now, I don’t know about you, but I find it all kinda fascinatin’. Here’s this fella, Shri Ram, lived a long, long time ago. And people are still lookin’ at his horoscope, still tryin’ to figure out what made him tick. And I guess that’s the power of them stars, right? They keep on shinin’, keep on whisperin’ secrets, even after all these years. And we keep on listenin’, keep on tryin’ to understand. It’s a mystery, I tell ya, a big ol’ mystery.
So, next time you look up at the night sky, remember Shri Ram and his horoscope. Remember that them stars ain’t just pretty lights, they got stories to tell. And maybe, just maybe, if we listen close enough, we can learn a thing or two.
And that’s all I got to say about that. Don’t go expectin’ no more fancy talk from me. I’m just an old woman, speakin’ my mind. Take it or leave it, it’s all the same to me.
