Now, I ain’t no expert on these fancy business things, but even I can see that the companies on this list are big. I mean, we’re talkin’ billions, folks! These companies are rollin’ in money like it’s nothin’. Last year, they made a total of $18.8 trillion in revenue. That’s right, trillion with a “T”! To put that in perspective, that’s about two-thirds of all the money that gets made in the whole United States in a year! That’s a whole lotta cash flow, don’t ya think?
So, what’s it take to get on this list, you might wonder? Well, first thing’s first, these companies gotta make a ton of money. They rank these folks by revenue, which is just a fancy word for how much cash they bring in from what they sell. The more money they rake in, the higher up on the list they go. And let me tell you, these companies are big all over the world.
Take Alphabet, for example. Now, that’s the parent company of Google, the one that’s behind all them searches you do on the internet. Last year, they made over $282 billion! And let’s not forget the healthcare folks. There’s a bunch of hospitals and health systems on this list, too. They’ve been makin’ a lotta noise, what with all the healthcare stuff goin’ on lately. Some of them have made big jumps, and they’re up there among the top dogs now. These are the folks takin’ care of us when we’re sick, and they’ve found a way to turn that into big money. Ain’t that somethin’?

But right now, it seems like these big companies are holdin’ on tight. They keep bringin’ in the money, and they ain’t lookin’ to slow down anytime soon.
