That ARIES autoreturn, Lord have mercy, it’s a thingamajig for them tow trucks. Yeah, you know, when your car gets hauled off ’cause you parked it where you weren’t supposed to. Well, this here ARIES thing, it helps them tow truck fellas and the police folks, I reckon. They use it all the time.
Heard some folks talkin’ ’bout it down at the market the other day. They said it’s a computer thing. ARIES, they call it. Helps keep track of all them towed cars. Makes things easier, I guess. ‘Fore they had this here ARIES, I suppose they had to write everything down on paper. Can you imagine? What a mess!
So, this ARIES thing, it’s like a big ol’ brain for them tow trucks. They type in where they picked up the car, who owns it, and all that stuff. Then, the police can see it too. Everyone’s on the same page, you see? Before, they say it was a real pain to find out what happened to your car if it got towed. But now they can use the ARIES autoreturn to find out.

This here ARIES autoreturn, it’s s’posed to be good for everybody. Them tow truck companies, the drivers, even the police. They all use it. They say it makes things faster. Less paperwork, I reckon. Saves ’em a bunch of time. I heard that they have a number to call if you need help, too. Something like 877-999-9874. Don’t quote me on that, though.
Now, if you need help with this ARIES thing, they got a place you can go. Like a help desk, but it’s on the computer. They call it a “portal.” Sounds fancy, don’t it? It must be where the training is for ARIES autoreturn. There is also a email address that seems to be * something, I forgot. You can ask them questions there, I suppose. They even have some phone number you can call if you are really confused.
Seems like them young folks, they like using these computer things. Me? I’d rather just talk to someone face to face. But I guess times are changin’. This ARIES thing is probably here to stay. I heard some people talking about the “training” for it. Said it was easy. Everything is online, they said. They even told me to “bookmark” something. I don’t even know what that means.
I heard this ARIES thing is part of a bigger thing called “AutoReturn”. Like, when your car gets towed, it “auto returns” to where it’s supposed to be. Makes sense, I guess. They got a whole system set up. Keeps everything organized. They say it keeps track of all the cars that get towed. All over town. Imagine that. A big ol’ list of towed cars, all on the computer. And ARIES autoreturn is a big part of it, they said.
They got forms and everything. If you need help or got a question, you just fill out one of them forms. Then they get back to you, I reckon. It’s all automatic, they say. Like magic. They call it ARIES autoreturn. I still don’t fully understand it, but that’s what they call it.
This AutoReturn thing, they say it gets updated all the time. Whenever a car gets towed, they put it in the system. Right away. Then everyone knows where it is. No more lost cars, I guess. That’s what they want you to think, anyway. Sounds like a good idea if it works that way.

I’m just an old lady who heard about it down at the market. You young folks will figure it out, I’m sure.
I just hope I don’t ever have to use it. I try to park my car where it’s supposed to be. But you never know, I guess. These days, they’ll tow your car for anything. If it happens, at least I know there’s this ARIES thing to help me find it. Or at least I hope there is. I’m too old to be walking all over town looking for my car.
