Well, let me tell ya ’bout this Leo fella. Don’t know much about stars and all that fancy stuff, but I know a thing or two about people.
Leo, born in the summertime, July to August, they say. Sounds about right, hot like a firecracker, that’s what they are. Always gotta be the center of attention, like my rooster in the yard, always crowin’ the loudest.
Now, they got big hearts, these Leos. Kind, they say, but also proud as a peacock. Organized, too, like my pantry, everything in its place, or so I try. But that pride, oh boy, it can get ’em into trouble. Think they know it all, just like my grandson when he comes home from that city school.
- Strengths: Kind and organized, like I said. And they’re fiercely protective. Like a mama bear with her cubs, that’s how they are with their loved ones. Loyal to the bone, won’t let nobody mess with their people. And leaders, they say, always gotta be in charge, tellin’ everyone what to do.
- Faults: Too proud, that’s for sure. And bossy, like they’re the only ones who know how to do things right. That “authoritarian attitude,” that’s what them fancy folks call it. Just means they think they’re always right, even when they ain’t.
They got this… what do they call it? Charisma. Yeah, that’s it. Like a magnet, drawin’ people in. They can charm the socks off ya, smooth talkers, they are. But sometimes, it feels like they’re just puttin’ on a show, like those actors on that TV box my son brought home.
And stubborn! Oh my goodness, stubborn as a mule. Once they get an idea in their head, ain’t no changin’ their mind. Reminds me of my old man, wouldn’t listen to nothin’ or nobody.
They talk about Leo’s personality being like the sun. Bright and shiny, yeah, but also can burn ya if you get too close. They love the spotlight, gotta be admired, gotta be praised. Like my flowers in the garden, always reachin’ for the sun.
They’re generous, too, always sharin’ what they got. Give you the shirt off their back, that kind of person. But they expect somethin’ in return, that’s for sure. Appreciation, loyalty, same things they give.
Now, I heard they got this thing called a “birth chart” and “planetary positions.” Sounds like a whole lotta mumbo jumbo to me. But I guess it helps them understand these Leos better. Me? I just watch ’em, see how they act. That tells me all I need to know.
If you got a Leo in your life, man or woman, get ready for a ride. They’ll keep you on your toes, that’s for sure. Exciting, yeah, but also a handful. Like tryin’ to catch a greased pig at the county fair.
So, that’s my take on these Leo folks. Good and bad, just like the rest of us. But they sure do spice things up, make life a little more interestin’. Just don’t let ’em walk all over ya, gotta stand your ground, show ’em who’s boss, sometimes, even if they don’t like it.
And gemstones? Topaz, they say. Pretty rocks, but don’t do much for me. I’d rather have a good strong cup of coffee any day.
