So, I was thinking about my friend’s birthday coming up, and I was wondering what I should get her. She’s an Aquarius, born in February, so I started looking into Aquarius birthstones. Turns out, the main one is amethyst. I always thought it was a cool-looking stone, all purple and shiny, but I never knew much about it.
I started by hitting up the internet, just to see what the deal was with amethysts. Turns out, it’s more than just a pretty rock. People have liked them for ages, apparently, because they’re supposed to be calming and help you chill out. I read that they represent clarity and inner peace, which, honestly, sounds like something my Aquarius friend would be into. She’s all about being herself and doing her own thing.
Diving Deeper into Aquarius
I figured I should learn a bit more about what makes Aquarians tick, so I did some more digging. It seems like they’re all about being original and thinking outside the box. They’re also big on helping others, which totally fits my friend. She’s always there for people and wants to make the world a better place. I read somewhere that their birthstones should kind of match those qualities, you know, fueling their quest for freedom and all that stuff.
So Many Stones
-
Looked at this list of Aquarius birthstones. There are many of stones listed.
-
I thought if I studied their meanings, I’d figure out which one would be best for her.
-
Each stone on the list had its own little description of its powers. Seemed like some stones could be for her.
After spending some time with all this info, I felt like I had a better understanding of what amethyst is all about and why it’s a good fit for an Aquarius. My friend is really going to like this gift.
