Okay, so the other day I was thinking about this whole “Sagittarius luck” thing. I mean, I’m a Sagittarius, and I’ve always wondered if there’s any truth to it. So, I decided to do a little experiment to see what all the fuss was about.
First, I grabbed a notebook and wrote down some of those lucky numbers people always talk about: 3, 7, 9, 12, and 21. I figured I’d try to incorporate them into my day somehow. Then, I remembered that Thursdays are supposed to be our lucky day, so I decided to do all of this on a Thursday, naturally.
Next, I dug around online a bit about what else is considered lucky for us Sagittarians. I found that some folks recommend seeking blessings from Lord Vishnu and Lord Hanuman, supposedly because Jupiter rules us, and it has some kind of link to them. I’m not particularly religious, but hey, I was in the spirit of experimentation, so I found some images of them online and just kind of meditated on them for a few minutes. Didn’t hurt, right?
Then, I also read that gold is a lucky metal for us. I don’t have a ton of gold lying around, but I do have this old gold ring my grandma gave me. I put that on and wore it the whole day.
What I did with my lucky numbers
- I made sure to do things in groups of 3, 7, or 9 whenever possible. Like, I’d send out 3 emails at a time, or take a break after working for 9 minutes. It was kinda silly, but it kept me mindful of the numbers.
- I used the number 12 in a few small decisions. Like, I chose the 12th item on a lunch menu, just for kicks.
- I also tried to keep an eye out for the number 21. I even played a quick round of blackjack online (just for fun, not with real money!) and guess what? I actually hit 21 a couple of times! That was a fun little coincidence.
Anyway, I went about my day, trying to be open to whatever came my way. I can’t say anything particularly crazy happened. No lottery wins or anything. But, I did feel a bit more positive and focused throughout the day, I attribute it to the power of positive thinking and the fun of the experiment. The ring also served as a fun, constant reminder to stay positive.
So, what’s the verdict? I don’t know if Sagittarius is inherently luckier than other signs. But I do think there’s something to be said for focusing on positive things, like lucky numbers or symbols. It can definitely put you in a better mindset, and maybe that’s where the real “luck” comes in.
This whole experiment was more about having a bit of fun and seeing if I could shift my perspective a little. And you know what? I think it worked. It was a good reminder to stay open to possibilities and to try to find the positive in everyday things. Maybe that’s the real secret to Sagittarius luck after all.
