I decided to figure out this whole Aquarius stone thing. So, I started digging around to see what stones are supposed to be good for Aquarians like me. It seemed like every site I landed on was pushing amethyst, so I figured, why not start there?
First, I read a bunch of articles and it felt like amethyst was the big one for Aquarius. They kept saying it was the main birthstone, or like, a power stone. I guess it’s supposed to have some kind of healing vibes and it’s this pretty purple quartz. Cool, I thought, let’s give this a shot.
My Amethyst Hunt
I checked out some online shops. I looked for something that felt right, you know? I saw some people talking about “statement pieces,” big and bold jewelry. It sounded very Aquarius—innovative and all that. I even found some shops that had custom-made stuff, but that seemed like a bit much for just trying this out.
The Experiment
After I got my amethyst, I was like, alright, let’s see what this thing can do. I wore it around for a few days, just going about my usual routine. I can’t say I felt dramatically different. Maybe a bit more chill? But it could have just been in my head. I did like how it looked, though. That purple is pretty neat.
Keeping It Clean
Then I read that you’re supposed to “cleanse” these stones. Something about keeping the energy pure. The easiest way seemed to be just running it under some water. So, I did that. Felt a bit silly, to be honest, but hey, I was already in this deep, might as well follow through.
Other Stones and Compatibility
I also stumbled on some info about other stones for Aquarius. Garnet was mentioned as a secondary stone. And then there were these “unlucky” stones, like ruby and red coral. Apparently, their ruling planets don’t jive with Aquarius’s ruling planet. I don’t really get into all that astrology stuff, but it was interesting to read about.
There was also some talk about which signs are most compatible with Aquarius. Seems like Gemini and Libra are good matches, along with Sagittarius, Leo, and Aries. Again, not something I usually think about, but it got me curious.
My Takeaway
So, after all this, did the amethyst change my life? Not really. Was it a fun little experiment? Yeah, I guess so. I’m still wearing the amethyst sometimes, just because I like it. Maybe there’s something to this whole crystal thing, maybe not. But it was cool to try something new and learn a bit about it.
- Tried amethyst: Wore it, cleansed it, the whole deal.
- Read up on other stones: Garnet, ruby, coral, all that jazz.
- Looked into compatibility: Who knew Gemini and Libra were supposed to be good for Aquarians?
- Didn’t have a life-changing experience: But hey, it was a fun ride.
Maybe I’ll try another stone sometime. Or maybe I’ll just stick with my amethyst. Who knows? If you’ve tried any of this stuff, let me know how it went for you!
